Fun Street Art at Hollywood and Edgemont

Every day in Los Angeles I’m amazed at the number, type, and uniqueness of our city’s small details that frequently we take for granted. For example, today– at the corner of Hollywood and Edgemont—I saw this painted multi-colored picture on a traffic light control box. I’m saying thank you to the artist who painted this as it added a smile to my morning.

Across the street, the Kids Dental Kare building mural is playful, colorful, has a happy message and creates a sense of neighborhood. The colors were fun on both the building and the wall in the foreground.

Next time you’re going to work in the morning, or going about your daily business, be sure to smell the roses while Travelin’ Local, as you’ll frequently encounter street art that equally deserves your attention.
